Payment: 50% deposit is due at the time an order is initiated. Balance is due when order is complete.

                                Cancellations: 25% restocking fee is charged. 50% restocking fee when a custom order is cancelled.

                                Shipping: Domestic orders are shipped by common carrier with freight prepaid. 

                                Packaging: There will be a palletizing/packaging charge of $200 per pallet on all domestic orders.
