Old Heart Pine is heart pine with its original surface wear and color. This flooring is thickness planed using the smooth top surface as a reference guide. Then a new tongue and groove is milled on it. The result is an entire floor with an authentically aged surface with authentic foot wear. We recommend two or more coats of a clear, natural oil finish be applied over this unique product. The resulting color will be very similar to the image below.
